Can you clarify why the comparison group excluded institutional outbreaks/cases. This seems unreasonable as the vast majority of infections/cases in the province remain uncompared. It would make more sense to either include these in the comparison group, or create a new group against which the other two are compared. Can you clarify why the comparison group excluded institutional outbreaks/cases. This seems unreasonable as the vast majority of infections/cases in the province remain uncompared. It would make more sense to either include these in the comparison group, or create a new group against which the other two are compared. This is further exacerbated by the news coverage which references this paper but fails to highlight this exclusion, and there appear to be no efforts to address this.

Can you publish a comparison including this group to clarify the situation. Thanks
